Methodology

The findings on this page come from the A.I. Excellence in Construction Survey: 400 construction professionals across the US and Canada, fielded in 2025 online and in person. Respondents span executives, field operations, preconstruction and estimating, project managers and superintendents, safety and quality, IT, and VDC. 96% have spent some or all of their career in construction.

The survey feeds the full 2026 report, alongside more than 30 executive interviews and anonymized insights from Placer's A.I. peer groups.
